ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize and execute daily tasks. Provides administrative, secretarial, and clerical support.

Job Responsibilities

● Light A/R, A/P, QuickBooks and data entry

● Competent knowledge and experience to manage phone, mail, emails, social media, Google Workspace, and shipping

● Update and maintain databases such as a CRM, mailing lists, contact lists and client information,files and storage systems

● Organize travel arrangements, appointments, and meetings

● Assist with event planning and implementation and monthly newsletter, attend local events

Key Competencies

● Ability to organize, prioritize, plan, problem solve with, attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility and a team player. Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.

● Works independently, self motivated

Additional Requirements for Employment

● Possess a valid Driver’s License

● Attendance at occasional AMW events which may require overnight availability

● Agree to and pass a background check

● Conduct adherent to the values of the America’s Mighty Warriors
