Summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Change Communications Specialist to join their team on a 3 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the internal communications efforts of a transformational change project at a major Gaming and Technology company. As the Change Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation of the communication strategy and plan for all stakeholder groups for a transformational change initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement the communication and engagement strategy and plan. Make recommendations for improvements based on analyzing communication needs.
Create effective and engaging change messaging to help people understand what’s changing, why, and what it means for them.
Create compelling and engaging content for overarching transformation activity and communications channels such as newsletter articles, intranet, email, presentations, digital screens, and video.
Ensure all communication is clear, concise, and consistent across all channels.
Liaise with Communications Leads in each Business Unit and Region on communications sequencing and distribution of communications.
Ensure key messaging is adapted for different audiences and channels.
Work with internal stakeholders to order SWAG for the launch event.
Help monitor the project team mailbox.
Create a SharePoint page for the project to help employees build interest, excitement, and support for the project.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed.

Qualifications

4+ years experience as a communications specialist with proven experience in change communications, preferably within a corporate environment.
Degree in journalism, communications, marketing or related, relevant experience.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Excellent active listening skills.
Ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders; ability to establish and maintain relationships.
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with a suite of products to include Microsoft, Adobe, and other related products.
