Franchise Times Corp., is a publishing and events company. We publish Franchise Times Magazine, Restaurant Finance Monitor, Food On Demand and Foodservice News. In addition to our publications, we host several conferences each year.

We are seeking an innovative individual with digital marketing, social media and email marketing experience to enhance our digital audience engagement by increasing traffic to our website, managing and increasing our social media program and creating and producing our email newsletters. The role is full-time in our Minneapolis office.

Our ideal candidate is friendly, out-going, detail-oriented, has the ability to prioritize, has excellent problem-solving abilities and is a team player.

Candidate must have 3+ years of various digital marketing experience within emails and social media.

Primary Responsibilities:

Drive Website Traffic and Improve Audience Engagement:

o Manage our editorial and conference social media calendar, write and produce compelling content for social media posts, engage with our digital audience through our social media channels and increase our digital audience on all our various platforms.

o Provide weekly performance reports of all our digital marketing channels including website traffic, email open rates, editorial sections, social media platform engagement, content performance, SEO and keywords.

Email Marketing:

o Manage and produce all email marketing and newsletter campaigns for the publications and conferences.

o Collaborate with digital team on the design and strategies in order to increase email open rates.

o Assist with the creation of dedicated emails, weekly newsletters and banner advertising for our sales team.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in digital or email marketing.

· Experience with Google Analytics, web metrics, SEO, keyword development and email marketing platforms (MailChimp is preferred).

· Experience managing company social media platforms.

· Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign and Photoshop experience is a plus.

· Knowledge of HTML, CSS and CMS platforms.

· Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize and juggle many different things at once.

· Experience creating, analyzing and reporting digital marketing performance.
