Job Summary And Qualifications

Job Summary –

This corporate Supply Chain position is responsible for maintaining content, messaging, and graphics for enterprise Supply Chain communications. This position supports the diverse business needs and the overall mission of HCA Healthcare/HealthTrust, and reports to the Communications Manager.

Supervises – None

Key Responsibilities– Online content management; rosters and distribution lists; digital newsletters and magazine; standardized messaging; brand standards; communications and administrative support; website management (SharePoint, etc.).

Duties (included but not limited to):

Coordinate and maintain the updating of electronic and written content including intranet content, rosters, distribution lists, surveys, and project implementation documentation.
Assist in the creation, production, and dissemination of digital and printed publications.
Support writing, designing, and publishing electronic newsletters for several business teams, including a quarterly newsletter for all Supply Chain stakeholders in the field.
Support the development and distribution of communications content for new projects, operational changes, updates, and client initiatives.
Assist in conducting meetings and accumulates data related to operational projects/implementations.
Actively monitor Supply Chain division intranet sites for compliance to standard required content and provide education and support to designated division Website administrators.
Work with IT&S and designated business teams to ensure ongoing improvement of websites, including phased updates and redesigns, and communicate improvements to corporate and field stakeholders.
Promote and support HealthTrust brand standards and Supply Chain style guidelines.
Furnish routine and special reports and information to the Director, AVP, and other business team leads.
Provide enterprise-wide communications updates and support.
As needed, perform additional tasks to support the operational goals of the Supply Chain organization.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Exceptional written and verbal communications skills and editing skills; strong administrative support skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and identify, interpret and articulate technical concepts, ideas, and expectations
Strong organization skills with keen attention to detail
Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
Diplomat-level skill in developing and maintaining effective working relationships
Able to translate complex organizational concepts into succinct, easy to understand language for different supply chain audiences
Self-directed champion of knowledge resource development and quality improvement
Experience with web development/technologies and basic implementation skills
Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment

Proficient in MS Office applications and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign experience preferred

EDUCATION

College graduate preferred, but experience may substitute education.

Experience

Internal communications, marketing, or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
