Marmon/Keystone has begun recruiting efforts for a Human Resources Intern. This internship will be based at our Butler, PA location. This internship can be used for class credit or personal fulfilment. We are able to accommodate your busy school schedule! Tuition Reimbursement program available to interns after 90 days of service!

Minimum Qualifications:

Pursuing a degree preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, or Business Management
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
Must have excellent data entry skills and PC knowledge that include Microsoft Suite of products: EX. Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams

Major Responsibilities:

Support HR communications including a monthly newsletter that incorporates information that supports the brand utilizing Canva
Company merchandise/internal swag management, business cards
Support recruiting and onboarding processes
Gain HRIS experience
Employee Recognition program management-including system knowledge and employee engagement opportunities.
