Description

The Investor Relations and Corporate Communications Analyst will work with the Investor Relations team to provide effective and timely support to the Company’s management team, internal team members and investors.

Qualifications

Principal Job Duties:

Coordinate and develop materials for industry and analyst conferences as well as in-house meetings, including the production of Company presentations utilizing PowerPoint and Excel.
Draft press releases and internal communications.
Assist with the design and content creation for the Annual Report.
Assist with the scheduling and logistics of the quarterly earnings calls and annual shareholder meeting.
Aggregate, summarize and distribute analyst research, estimates and peer performance metrics to senior management.
Schedule and coordinate analyst and investor meetings.
Create investor profile reports and track detailed analyst and investor meeting information in the IR database.
Monitor, summarize and distribute media articles featuring the company and sector to senior management.
Oversee the design and creation of industry publication ads.
Draft and distribute the Quarterly newsletter to OP Unitholders.
Assist with data tracking, analysis and reporting related to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
Coordinate ESG projects across functional areas (investor relations, operations, accounting, legal and people operations).
Assist with the creation and publication of the Company’s annual ESG report.
Assist with IR website content development and management.
Assist with managing the assignment, redemption and conversion of Operating Partnership Units.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience, in business, finance, communications or other general business field.
Advanced user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and General Microsoft Office Applications.
3+ years of relevant work experience

Compensation Range:

$65,000-$75,000 Annual Salary + Bonus
