JOB DESCRIPTION

Winans is seeking a skilled marketing coordinator to increase communication and synergy between marketing, sales, retail, finance, and operations.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for a range of marketing activities, including the development and execution of email and loyalty campaigns, managing in-store signage, and overseeing our internal marketing communications. You will also handle website and app content management, social media engagement, and project coordination. This role requires a combination of creativity, technical skills, and excellent project management abilities.

ACCOUNTABILITY

The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaigns:

Create and execute email marketing campaigns.
Develop engaging copy and select/edit images to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Loyalty Campaigns:

Work within the loyalty strategy to design and implement customer loyalty campaigns.
Write compelling copy and choose/edit images to support campaign goals.

In-Store Signage Management:

Assess signage needs and create design requests.
Execute on seasonal marketing strategies and project manage
Approve designs, order prints, and ensure proper placement in stores.

Internal Marketing Newsletter:

Develop and distribute a company-wide internal marketing newsletter.
Include updates on marketing plans, signage, and merchandising support.

LTO Calendar Coordination:

Coordinate the Limited Time Offer (LTO) calendar.
Communicate LTO schedules and updates effectively.

Website Product Inventory:

Manage product inventory on the website.
Update website images seasonally to reflect current offerings.

Social Media Management:

Execute social media postings and engage with followers.
Develop content and strategies to boost social media presence.

App and POS System Management:

Oversee product and price updates on the company app and POS system.
Ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms.

Skills and Qualifications:

Quick Learner of Technology: Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
Basic Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or other graphic design tools.
Creative: Strong creative skills to develop engaging content and designs.
Excellent Writing Skills: Ability to write clear, compelling, and grammatically correct copy.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a marketing role.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and social media platforms.
Basic understanding of SEO and online marketing strategies.
