Digital Producer

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Telepictures Productions is seeking a talented Digital Producer to create digital original content for “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” write content for the website and social channels, and assist in all areas digital.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the show’s senior digital producer in executing a strategy to pitch, shoot, and produce digital original content.
• Pitch and create content with the goal of raising awareness and earning revenue for the brand.
• Pitch and film on-brand creative digital content.
• Write daily articles to live on The Jennifer Hudson Show website and socials in support of branded integrations. 
• Manage and write bi-weekly newsletter for The Jennifer Hudson Show.
• Develop new and creative ways to deliver content via posts, galleries, videos, and social platforms.
• Assist with reporting and analytics.
• Manage digital giveaways.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a digital writer, social media manager, or producer.
• Deep understanding of YouTube and the broader digital landscape, including trends and best practices.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft content that aligns with show/brand voice and resonates with target audience.
• Expertise in tailoring content for various social and digital platforms, understanding the nuances of each.
• Experience with SEO.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment, deadline-driven, and work quickly and efficiently.
• Must be flexible and understand that things are constantly changing in production.
• Must be a true team player who can manage their time and priorities while keeping the needs of the entire team in mind.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with production crews and talent.
• Working knowledge of AP style.
• Must love daytime TV!
