Our newest Marketing Associate will collaborate with our team and play a pivotal role in crafting and executing digital campaigns that engage, excite, and convert audiences. You will work closely with our marketing team to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost engagement across multiple platforms.
Our Marketing Associate’s primary responsibilities are below. If you feel you have the qualifications to “knock it out of the park” we’d love to hear from you.
Management of the Internal & External Marketing Process and Budget
- Track budget monthly by referral source
- Develop and implement internal marketing strategies (Wow patients gifting, random gift days, VIP celebrations, newsletter, office decor/displays/signs/pamphlets, local business drop-offs, social media posts of team)
- Audit/train on front desk new patient experience and team marketing engagement (new patient cards, customer service, tours, referral contests/giveaways, giving back campaigns)
- Maintain internal marketing calendar (communicate to team as needed)
- Coordinate charity initiatives (decorations, social media posts- before and after)
Lead Community Out-Reach/ Engagement
- Attend Community Events
- Manage/track budget and strategy of our community gifting (scholarships, sponsorships, donations, etc.)
- Plan and implement community events (expo, holiday parades, patient appreciation day)
- Manage reviews- respond/follow-up as needed daily (share reviews with team)
Collaborate on Office Culture Events
- Work with directors/managers to plan and execute team events and celebrations
- Manage team contests
Measurables: New Patients, Internal Referrals, Reviews, Patient Retention
