Graphic Designer Job Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and develop high-quality print and digital materials that align with specific needs while meeting deadlines
- Skilled in creating designs for both traditional and digital mediums (websites, mobile, social media, email campaigns, print, etc.)
- Demonstrate strong layout design skills and ability to convey complex ideas in a straightforward and visually appealing manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal peers on conceptual strategy and execution
- Communicate effectively with senior team members to pitch ideas, brainstorm, implement campaigns, and develop creative briefs
- Remain current in graphic design trends; identify new techniques and unique industry/competitor trends
- Update guide brand guidelines and ensure all campaigns across diverse roster of brands are being upheld in the creative process
Graphic Designer Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field of study
- 2+ years of graphic design experience and/or internships with recent work samples
- Must have both print and digital experience (print ads, collateral, email, motion graphics/gifs, web, etc.)
- Proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite + bonus if any experience in video editing (Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
- Ability to be flexible in terms of ever-changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written and oral)
- Team oriented and ability to get along with others – ability to take constructive criticism and direction
