What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
- Own AIRE’s biweekly content calendar, aligning posts with brand goals and audience insights.
- Lead differentiated social media + marketing strategies for AIRE and EmpowerHER, each with unique tones and missions.
- Organize, coordinate, and oversee a cross-functional marketing team using ClickUp and Slack to keep content, campaigns, and deliverables moving on time.
- Stay ahead of platform trends (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and competitive movements
Social Media Content Creation, Development & Publishing
- Manage content across channels: reels, carousels, stories, blogs, emails, and internal updates.
- Drive creative direction—visuals, captions, copywriting, and video selection.
- Partner with agents to source stories, testimonials, and real-life results.
- Present and revise content with leadership, then schedule for optimal performance.
Email Marketing & Newsletter Management
- Plan and send monthly recruitment newsletters and weekly value-based updates.
- Build out nurture automated and manual sequences for leads, prospects, and agent communications.
- Track open rates, CTRs, and conversions—optimize campaigns regularly.
SEO & Website Content
- Ensure the AIRE site is updated with fresh, optimized content and landing pages.
- Write, manage, and optimize blog posts around high-intent keywords.
- Collaborate with dev/design to improve UX and conversion paths.
- Monitor performance through tools like Google Search Console & GA4.
Performance & Optimization
- Report monthly on performance: engagement, growth, email metrics, traffic, conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing across creative, email, and social content.
- Turn analytics into strategy shifts—refine messaging, format, and timing.
Marketing & Branding
- Support paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Create sales decks, digital collateral, and print materials for events and recruitment.
- Align all materials with AIRE’s bold, purpose-driven tone.
Internal Communications
- Create branded graphics for team calls and Slack updates.
- Organize video libraries, marketing folders, and campaign archives in Google Drive
What You Bring
- 3+ years in digital marketing, content strategy, or social media management.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, ClickUp, and Google Sheets.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or recruitment marketing is a major plus.
- Strong storytelling instincts—you're not just a creator, you're a communicator.
- Leadership mindset—able to collaborate, take initiative, and guide freelancers or content contributors.
- Bonus: Familiarity with blog SEO, newsletter strategy, and UGC collaboration.
