About the Job


Knife Drop Studios, the production company behind chef and social media star Nick DiGiovanni, is seeking a full-time Recipe Website Manager to oversee and grow nickskitchen.com, the digital recipe hub for Nick’s Kitchen—the premiere recipe-based cooking channel of Nick DiGiovanni.


This position is fully virtual.


Who We’re Looking For


We are seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Recipe Website Manager who has relevant previous experience building and operating either their own successful food website or blog, or else managing the backend for a top-tier culinary personality or media brand.


You should understand the mechanics of what makes a recipe website successful including SEO and image optimization to CMS structure, recipe copywriting and formatting, affiliate integrations, newsletter growth, analytics tracking, and the nuances of syncing with a YouTube-first strategy.

Who You’ll Work With


You’ll work directly with the team behind Nick DiGiovanni, including his managers, producers, newsletter editors, and more to ensure the recipe site becomes a go-to destination for high-quality food content. You’ll also collaborate with web developers, designers, and SEO consultants on our partner teams as needed.


What You’ll Bring to the Team


  • 2+ years managing a successful food blog, recipe site, or editorial food platform—ideally one with a strong video integration tie-in.
  • Proven knowledge of web-based SEO for recipes, including schema markup, internal linking strategies, image naming, and search trends.
  • Strong technical command of WordPress platforms and familiarity with recipe plug-ins, back-end publishing workflows, and site structure optimization.
  • Familiarity with newsletter tools, analytics dashboards, affiliate tools, and basic e-commerce integrations.
  • Creative thinking and editorial judgment—understanding what makes a recipe visually compelling, searchable, and engaging.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment as a team player with strong communication skills.
