Coordinating the production of the Monthly Enablement Newsletter. Working closely with the Enablement team and stakeholders to complete the 5 sections of each newsletter, and submit to our vendor, then following through to ensure it is sent to all. Accessing the readership of this is not essential, but preferred.
Call Listening – using Chorus, our call listening software, listen to 2 calls a day (40 per month) and complete a call listening feedback form for each call. This feedback provides the enablement team with insight into how sellers are selling.
Scheduling and coordinating training. Pulling from the intake form that is managed by the sales enablement team
Coordinating Deal Deconstructions. A deal deconstruction is the story of how our Client Corporate team engaged with a customer to uncover their pain and present a winning solution for the customer. We track these stories in a template. Your focus will be to interview the seller and complete this form. We expect only 3 of these will arise during the duration of this contract.
Requirements:
Exceptional Organizational experience
