Role Overview-


Motion is currently seeking an experienced Internal Communications & Enablement Manager to lead two key programs that support the awareness, adoption, and impact of go-to-market (GTM) technologies across the organization. This role will drive the strategy and execution of our Quarterly GTM Tech Newsletter and Monthly Platform Wins communications. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with a strategic mindset, comfortable translating technical updates into clear, engaging messaging for internal audiences.


Key Responsibilities-


  • Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of the Quarterly GTM Tech Newsletter, partnering with SMEs to source and shape content into clear, relevant, and engaging updates.
  • Manage the Monthly Platform Wins program, coordinating with teams to collect impactful stories, craft compelling summaries, and share them via internal channels.
  • Translate complex technical updates into business-friendly language tailored to product and marketing stakeholders.
  • Design visually compelling communications using brand-aligned templates and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo, Google Slides).
  • Coordinate timelines, reviews, and stakeholder input to ensure high-quality, on-time communication deliverables.
  • Track communication performance and use analytics to optimize reach, engagement, and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate stories into case studies that demonstrate business value and drive technology adoption.
  • Partner cross-functionally with enablement, product marketing, design systems, and platform teams to align messaging and content.


Qualifications-


  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, enablement, or content strategy roles.
  • Experience managing newsletter and storytelling programs within a tech, product, or enterprise setting.
  • Proven success writing for internal audiences, with an ability to make technical content digestible and actionable.
  • Background working with product, engineering, or GTM teams is a plus.


Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Skilled in using communication tools such as Google Workspace, Mailchimp, Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills; able to build trust and influence across functions.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using engagement metrics to refine content strategy.
