About the Role:

As the Internal Communications & Enablement Specialist, you will be a key driver in our mission by strategically managing two critical programs: the Quarterly Newsletter and the Platform Wins initiative. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of engaging internal newsletters, from content collaboration and creation to distribution and performance analysis. Additionally, you will own the process of identifying, curating, and amplifying GTM Tech accomplishments, laying the groundwork for compelling case studies that showcase the value and drive adoption of our capabilities across the organization. This role requires strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with a passion for enabling internal teams and celebrating their successes.


Responsibilities:

I. Quarterly Newsletter Program Management:

  • Serve as the central point of contact and program manager for the quarterly GTM Tech newsletter (platform-wide, as well as individual programs like Personalization, Content Management, Experimentation, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with content owners and subject matter experts across various GTM Tech programs.
  • Collaborate with authors to align on quarterly newsletter topics and content strategies that drive awareness and readiness for their capabilities.
  • Proactively collect content inputs from diverse program teams, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to deadlines.
  • Skillfully translate complex or technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly language that empowers internal product teams to understand and utilize GTM Tech capabilities effectively.
  • Design and build visually appealing and engaging newsletter templates that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Create compelling and informative newsletter content that highlights the value proposition, use cases, and benefits of GTM Tech capabilities, encouraging adoption.
  • Strategically manage and maintain accurate audience lists within the email platform (e.g., Mailchimp) to ensure targeted and effective communication to relevant internal product teams.
  • Manage the newsletter distribution process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Diligently track newsletter analytics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) to understand content engagement and identify areas for improvement in future newsletters to maximize awareness and adoption.


II. Monthly Platform Wins Management:

  • Own and manage the entire end-to-end process of identifying, collecting, curating, and disseminating GTM Tech accomplishments and their impact on internal product teams and potentially broader KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build strong relationships with product area partners and increase consistent participation in the accomplishments reporting process, ensuring comprehensive coverage of GTM Tech wins.
  • Review and refine submitted accomplishments, ensuring they clearly articulate the value and impact of the work, provide necessary historical context, and translate technical language into accessible terms.
  • Collaborate effectively with various GTM Tech teams and stakeholders to gather necessary information, clarify details, and ensure the accuracy and impact of reported wins.
  • Format and synthesize curated accomplishments into compelling narratives suitable for various internal communication channels (email, Slack, presentations).
  • Strategically share finalized accomplishments through appropriate internal communication channels to showcase the value and drive awareness of GTM Tech capabilities.
  • Establish processes and best practices to evolve impactful wins into clear and compelling case studies that further demonstrate the benefits and adoption of GTM Tech capabilities for internal product teams.
  • Track the reach and engagement of win communications to understand their impact on internal awareness and adoption


Key Required Skills:

  • Exceptional Writing & Storytelling for Internal Audiences: Proven ability to craft engaging narratives and clear communications specifically for internal audiences, with a strong understanding of internal communication best practices.
  • Newsletter & Content Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end newsletter production (concept to analysis) and organizing digital content for internal platforms.
  • Technical Translation & User-Centric Communication: Ability to quickly understand technical information and translate it into digestible, user-friendly content for a diverse internal audience.
  • Strong Collaboration & Influencing Skills: Proven ability to build relationships, work effectively across teams, and influence stakeholders to achieve communication goals.
  • Proficiency in Communication & Productivity Tools: Demonstrated ability to utilize Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and ideally experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Project Management & Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining meticulous accuracy.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, e.g., Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, content marketing, sales enablement, or a related role with a focus on technical or product communications.
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns and analyzing their performance.
  • Experience creating and managing content for internal digital platforms.
  • A portfolio or work samples demonstrating strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills for internal audiences
