We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented administrative assistant to support a growing team of 4 to 7 high-performing real estate agents. In this role, you'll assist with daily administrative tasks, manage schedules, coordinate appointments and showings, and help keep our agents organized and efficient.

A key part of your role will involve nurturing leads by maintaining our CRM, assisting with follow-up communications, and ensuring no opportunities fall through the cracks. You’ll also support team marketing initiatives, help prepare materials for client meetings, and assist with organizing a monthly newsletter and open houses.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tech-savvy, and enjoys being the go-to support person who helps the team stay focused and productive.

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
