• Brand Promotion: Craft and execute digital marketing campaigns across social, email, blog, and partner channels to boost brand visibility.
• Community Growth: Manage and grow our online communities (LinkedIn, newsletter, forums), fostering engagement and conversation around microdosing, creative tech, and mind performance.
• Content Creation: Write and design compelling social posts, newsletters, blog summaries, and infographics that spotlight our research, protocols, and expert interviews.
• SEO & Analytics: Optimize content for search, track key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions), and report insights with actionable recommendations.
• Partnerships & Outreach: Identify and coordinate collaborations with influencers, thought leaders, and podcasts to extend our reach.
• Event Support: Help plan, promote, and host webinars, virtual summits, and live Q&A sessions.

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on digital marketing or community-management experience.
• Strong writing/editing skills and a knack for clear, on-brand messaging.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp), social-media tools, and Google Analytics.
• Self-starter attitude: organized, creative, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for psychedelics, biohacking, wellness, or creative tech is a major plus.
