Graphic Designer

Our North Shore AEC client is looking to add a hybrid Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator to their team; ideally looking for previous experience at an AEC firm or previous experience working on proposals, presentations and collateral.

Day in the life:

• Design and manage the creation of proposals
• Create illustrations, infographics, complex long-format documents, and interactive presentations
• Maintainb rand standards across the firm
• Concept and produce marketing collateral, brochures, booklets, interactive presentations and templates
• Design signage and environmental graphics
• Support the Marketing team with design and coordination of all required assets, collateral, and stationary
• Assist with firm publicity including awards submittals, publications, and newsletter pieces
• Organize professional photo shoots of completed projects
• Organize photography for staff headshots and other cultural events
• Assist with content for social media
• Design and production of all event related marketing materials and communications
• Maintain the website with new project pages and updated graphics
• Maintain the Intranet site with all internal-facing communications

Requirement

• Minimum of 4+ years related experience in marketing communications and graphic design
• Strong portfolio of work showcasing presentations, collateral etc...
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong typography, layout and conceptual skills
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Solid professional service, effective time management, and cost consciousness
• Resourcefulness in solving problems
• Excellent people skills and an upbeat, enthusiastic attitude
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to details
• Proficiency with Windows PC and Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with Wordpress and video editig
