RoadVantage, the #1-rated F&I provider in the industry, is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Communications Designer to join our award-winning in-house marketing team. This position offers the opportunity to work side-by-side with the Vice President of Marketing to learn the full scope of department operations while helping execute high-impact initiatives across multiple channels.

Your Role at a Glance

As a Marketing Communications Designer, you’ll balance creativity and strategic thinking to support and elevate our brand presence. You’ll play a key role in bringing ideas to life — from concept to completion — across campaigns, print and digital assets, events, and internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Art Direction / Production

  • Assist in establishing and executing the creative vision for marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Support the marketing team in maintaining visual consistency aligned with brand guidelines and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop compelling, targeted materials that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support the development of industry-leading content for our Agent and Dealer clients.
  • Contribute to the design and production of POS materials, videos, presentations, and more to support company growth.
  • Help coordinate advertising campaigns, including planning and timeline management.
  • Provide creative and logistical support for key industry events such as the annual NADA conference, Agent Summit, Dealers' Choice Awards, and internal events like our annual Holiday Party.
  • Assist in the development of PR, social media, promotional email campaigns, internal communications, and training tools.


Creative Production

  • Use design software to help produce original visuals and layouts for digital and print materials.
  • Collaborate on concepts and assist in refining layout design based on team feedback.
  • Review proofs, suggest improvements, and ensure creative aligns with brand strategy.
  • Proofread designs and content to ensure accuracy and professionalism.


Copywriting

  • Assist with writing, editing, and proofreading marketing copy for various media.
  • Help manage and produce the monthly company newsletter via CampaignMonitor.com.
  • Contribute to social media content and promotional email development (ePromos).


Web & Digital Content

  • Create and update visual and written content for the company website and email campaigns.

  • Communication & Critical Thinking: Bring a thoughtful, articulate, and solution-oriented mindset to every project.
  • Flexibility & Feedback: Adapt quickly to new tasks and integrate constructive feedback to grow professionally.


Required Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Bonus points for Premiere, After Effects, Acrobat, and other Adobe tools.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills for print and digital applications.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Bonus tools and platforms: LinkedIn, Wordpress, Slack, Confluence, Trello.
