About the Role:

Looking for an entry level coordinator intern to help manage and optimize our the digital channel and online marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of Shopify website.
  • Maintain product content and images, and update on as needed basis.
  • Aid in managing and merchandising of site; product placement, cross sells, etc..
  • Analyze sales and site data to understand user behavior to ultimately improve site engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage the execution of various ecommerce initiatives designed to increase site traffic, average order value, conversion, etc..
  • Assist with website updates and schedules.
  • Seek and document site issues, or potential improvements.
  • Assist in development and management of email campaigns.
  • Assist with social media projects.
  • Assist in website testing.
  • Assist in SEO strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with Ecommerce and Marketing teams to optimize campaign initiatives.
  • Implement various ecommerce marketing tools, including promotional codes, online coupon codes, sales, customer-focused online messaging.
  • Contribute ideas and provide insights to team on an ongoing basis.
  • Support other ecommerce initiatives, as assigned.
  • Project Management

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of work experience in E-Commerce; fashion industry experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, pays strong attention to detail, team player
  • Both creative and analytical; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks as needed
  • Previous experience with Shopify
  • Knowledge of all major social platforms

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
