Exciting Opportunity: Head of Operations
Location: Baltimore, MD, or surrounding area. The company is based in Baltimore, MD, with a national presence and will require a corporate on-site presence.
CORY is hiring a Head of Operations who is passionate and driven about leading teams and driving operational performance, ready to innovate and make a real impact every day.
High preference for candidates who have a background in national, multisite operations experience within the Multifamily, Retail, Hospitality, or similar real estate sectors.
About Our Client:
Our client is an innovative real estate owner-operator that manages a national network of tenant-based spaces to support small businesses. They are expanding nationwide and hiring talented industry leaders to join their team!
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Oversee the performance of a portfolio of tenant-based spaces nationally
Provide new and innovative approaches to continuous improvement through property operations
Ensure alignment with local, state, and federal regulations.
Collaborate directly with the CEO and COO while leading a strong team of General Managers.
Create, plan, and manage the sales and leasing pipeline, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals and occupancy targets.
Develop and manage annual budgets for the assigned portfolio and oversee the attainment of budgeted goals.
Oversee the coordination of work activities and services from vendors, consultants, and other contractors as needed.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of customer experiences within the business channels and form key relationships with associated stakeholders and leaders.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
A minimum of 10 years of experience managing and leading multisite teams on a national level
Proven success in managing and improving operational efficiency.
Strong leadership skills; passionate and committed to the development of staff.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed
