Role Overview

We're looking for two enthusiastic Part-Time Brand Ambassadors to represent Erbal at local artisan markets and events. You’ll be the face of the brand, sharing our story, educating customers, and creating an engaging booth experience that drives both sales and connection.

Location: Greater Los Angeles Area

(Renegade Market, Maker's Market, The Venice Fest, Local Farmers’ Markets)

Schedule: Weekends

Compensation: Hourly + Sales and performance bonuses

Reports To: Marketing & Events Lead

ResponsibilitiesMarket Presence & Booth Operations

• Set up and break down the Erbal booth, including merchandising, signage, displays, tables and other elements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and brand-aligned space
• Track and manage on-site product inventory

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Warmly welcome visitors and educate them about Erbal’s products, mission, and values.
• Offer samples and guide customers through their buying decisions
• Conduct sales using mobile POS systems (Square or similar)
• Upsell bundles, limited-time offers, or featured products

Brand Storytelling & Community Growth

• Share the Erbal story in a natural, authentic way
• Encourage newsletter sign-ups and social media follows
• Distribute promotional materials, and discount codes

Social Media & Brand Activation

• Capture event photos or videos (IG Stories, short clips, etc.)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to share real-time updates when possible
• Represent the brand’s voice and tone on-site and online

Reporting & Feedback

• Submit post-event recaps including customer feedback, sales performance, and insights
• Share learnings with the team to continuously improve our in-person experience

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing and confident communicator with a passion for people
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for long periods
• Ability to lift 25 lbs (booth materials & product boxes)
• Reliable transportation to and from event locations
• Prior event, retail, or brand ambassador experience is a plus
• Interest in wellness, natural products, or sustainability is a strong bonus

Success in This Role Looks Like:

• Engaging 300+ visitors per event
• Hitting sales targets and gathering valuable customer insights
• Representing Erbal with warmth, knowledge, and integrity
