About The Job
CatFace is seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager who is passionate about content creation. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of producing engaging, product focused photos and videos, think unboxings, demos, lifestyle shots, TikTok's, Reels, and more. You won’t just manage social channels; you’ll be creating the content that drives growth and builds authentic connections with our audience.
Your day-to-day will focus on shooting, editing, and publishing original product content across multiple platforms. You will be the creative force behind our social presence, consistently generating fresh ideas that capture the spirit of our brand and engage our fans. If you’re up to date on social trends, have a basic understanding of design and video editing tools, and are excited to build community through hands-on content creation, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
Create and post daily engaging, on-brand product content across social media platforms.
Stay current on social media trends, emerging platforms, and content formats to keep our channels fresh and relevant.
Actively engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and replies, ensuring timely and authentic interaction.
Manage incoming social media messages and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members when needed.
Develop and maintain a social content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Produce compelling content, videos, stories, blog posts, and other creative assets for social media, LinkedIn, email, and marketing channels.
Identify and explore influencer partnerships to boost brand visibility and reach.
Organize and maintain all social media support materials, ensuring they are up to date and collaborate on new asset creation as necessary.
Write clear, engaging copy and captions for social media; newsletter and longer-form copy will be supported by our copywriter and marketing lead.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as art, copy, merch and leadership to ensure social media efforts support overall company goals.
What We're Looking For
Proficient in video creation and editing.
2–4 years of digital marketing or social media content experience.
Skilled across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
Experience in marketing or similar roles.
Knowledge of digital, traditional, and content marketing.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong multitasking skills and deadline driven.
Proactive, independent, and hardworking.
Excellent communication and content creation skills.
Bonus
Experience with digital content creators is a plus
Possess marketing copywriting experience
