Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Office Manager:


Oversee day to day office operations with the Office Manager Assistant

o Greeting visitors (first impression, professionalism)

o Phones should ALWAYS be answered and directed appropriately


IT items (Being an Intermediary with our 3rd party IT company):

o Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources (IT infrastructure, phones, software) and discuss requirements, costs, and timelines

o Research and recommend implementation of new technology services

o Maintain and track accurate inventory of hardware and software

o Inventory, order, issue, recycle, all company tech supplies (i.e. cell phones, printers, computers, wireless orders)

o Manage software licenses and recommend any updates

o Control computer systems budgets and expenditures coinciding with our 3rd party IT company

o Troubleshoot all tech issues and interface directly with tech support (printers, server, phones, web, etc.)

o Liaise with our 3rd party IT company, and equipment leasing companies (Copiers)

o Set up all new professional hires in our server for access and set up email

o Work with PMs to set up of job site phone/internet service


Manage cell phone plans

· Assist Project Manager with the CORE Classes

· Maintain a relationship with ACC Telecom for our office phone system in regards to any service needed

· Evaluate electronic postage contract

· Social Media Manager (Linkedin-creating content, schedule posts when needed)

-Web Content Manager (Making sure website is up-to-date with all company information) this also includes the Landing Pages and the Company Newsletter


· Post project drawings to McCullough websites and manage them when needed

· Set up all new hires with equipment (Computer, Cell Phones, etc., as required)

· Manage, update, maintain all company contacts in Outlook/Procore

· Assist and set up online conference call and meetings

· Keep “key” personnel resumes updated

· Produce AIA 305s; AIA docs (owner contracts, subcontracts)

· Update, maintain business license applications, records

· Act as primary interface with DSLBD, CBE; Renew certification and maintain records

· Maintain OSHA incident report and file annual reports

· Office supplies inventory & budget

· Miscellaneous admin support as requested by McC management team and other staff
