VP, Practice Director - Marketing and Creative

We are seeking a digitally fluent, creatively driven Social Media Marketing Lead to shape and scale a high-end design brand’s presence across key digital platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and an editorial-style newsletter.
This role is ideal for someone who merges a strong eye for design with data-driven decision making and has an enthusiasm for integrating AI tools to elevate storytelling and streamline strategy. You will be responsible for driving performance across multiple social channels, leading content development, and ensuring brand consistency with a distinct, culturally attuned voice.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute channel-specific content strategies, emphasizing compelling visuals, tone alignment, and engagement performance.
Manage and grow a dedicated product-focused Instagram account, overseeing the content calendar, publishing schedule, and audience engagement efforts.
Track and analyze content performance across platforms, producing weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Contribute to the editorial planning and content development of the brand’s newsletter, working to expand reach and impact.
Leverage AI platforms to assist with trend discovery, creative brainstorming, content testing, and workflow automation.
Capture on-the-ground content at brand photoshoots and activations, producing social-first assets for real-time and planned use.
Partner cross-functionally with PR, eCommerce, and product teams to align digital narratives with product launches and brand initiatives.
Stay current on evolving digital trends, tools, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social strategy, or content production—preferably in luxury, design, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong visual and written content creation skills with a sharp eye for brand voice and design integrity.
Familiarity with platforms like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, Figma, or comparable tools.
Experience analyzing performance metrics via social analytics platforms (e.g., Later, Sprout, or native tools).
Passion for experimentation, creative innovation, and the thoughtful application of emerging AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Runway, or Midjourney.
Strong organizational and time management abilities; collaborative and proactive communicator.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred.
