Digital Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast paced, diverse, and safety centric team.

Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, producing, and publishing engaging digital content to be used in digital advertising, social media, tradeshows, and other purposes as required. This role is also responsible for establishing and maintaining our online presence by analyzing and making improvements to the marketing strategy.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Modifies existing assets and creates new ones;
• Monitors the creation and publishing of the content for Hiwin’s website and social media platforms;
• Collaborates with Engineering to write copy for use in advertising, social media, and websites such as virtual trade shows;
• Follows brand standards and marketing strategy in both writing and image creation;
• Assists in the creation of sales brochures for customers and distributors;
• Recommends new subject matter for social media posts, and once approved, writes blogs and posts summaries to approved social media sites i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, or X;
• Participates in planning and implementation of effective marketing campaigns;
• Manages schedules for on-time delivery of assets related to advertising, ecommerce, trade shows or other activities;
• Maintains the asset library in a simple file folder structure so assets are easy to find and distribute;
• Monitors social trends and provides insights on emerging platforms for opportunities for social growth;
• Analyzes and measures the performance of digital content to optimize and improve effectiveness.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Suite of products, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and In Design;
• Strong portfolio with a range of digital content; including writing samples, videos and graphics for marketing purposes such as a blog, newsletter, digital advertising, or social media;
• Basic knowledge of SEO;
• Self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects in a timely way;

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field;
• At least two years’ experience with writing business communication in B2B setting;
• Experience with Web or Graphic design;
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tool, a plus.
