NOW HIRING: Marketing & Communications Specialist | $75K–$85K + Bonus | 100% Onsite – Irving, TX


We’ve partnered with a confidential client in the professional services space to find a dynamic and creative Marketing & Communications Specialist. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity in Irving, TX with a close-knit team known for delivering high-impact events and compelling content.


The person in this role will support the planning and execution of a large annual conference, help craft written proposals and speaker bios, and contribute to the design and development of marketing collateral and content across digital channels.


This is an ideal role for a mid-level communications professional with strong writing skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • $75,000–$85,000 base salary + company performance bonus
  • Full-time, 100% onsite in Irving, TX

📝 Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft conference proposals, speaker bios, and written content for events and internal use
  • Create and edit marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, white papers, and PowerPoint decks using Adobe or Canva
  • Support execution of corporate events and manage RSVP tracking and communication
  • Manage the monthly internal newsletter and oversee day-to-day content across social media platforms
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with client/prospect data
  • Assist with uploading and organizing content on the company’s website
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights and create client-facing and internal communications content
  • Travel occasionally for events (approximately 10%)


🎯 What We're Looking For:

  • 5–7 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or similar
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio to showcase your work
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Vimeo
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Creative thinker who can balance strategy with execution
