The Newsette is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. While our company HQ is in New York City, employees have the option to work remotely. Being based in the NYC area is not a requirement for this position.

About this job:
This role will manage The Newsette’s select brand partnerships from pitch ideation through execution, collaborating with our marketing, sales, editorial, and social teams to secure, retain, and grow advertising revenue for The Newsette.
- Work closely with our Director of Marketing to develop The Newsette’s brand partnerships offering, including turnkey packages, tentpole opportunities and custom programs across newsletter, social, digital, video, experiential, and beyond.
- Design and execute content programs that win us business – programs rooted in insights and culture, creatively cohesive and deliver on our clients’ goals and expectations.
- Manage presale for our brand partnerships, including responding to RFPs, leading brainstorms, creating high-quality proposals, developing media plans and presale materials, and joining client calls as-needed.
- Collaborate with the sales, editorial, and social teams to develop programs that will excite and engage The Newsette’s subscribers, while delivering client-focused solutions.
- Package proposals that creatively showcase The Newsette’s platform, reach, and audience in innovative sponsorship opportunities for our prospective partners.
- Lead the post-sale execution of select brand campaigns once sold, including but not limited to: managing all client and agency relationships, kick off calls, internal timelines, and all program deliverables to bring each partnership to life,
- Manage celebrity and influencer programs from start-to-finish -including but not limited to: talent list-building, casting recommendations, outreaching to agents, and managing campaign execution.
- Monitor reporting and performance for all ongoing campaigns generating insights and analysis for each brand partner, as well as for our partnership best practices and content strategy.
- Stay up to date with digital media, social trends, and consumer insights and contribute of-the-moment thinking to each step of the brand partnerships process, bringing cultural context to brainstorms and campaign ideation.
About you:
- Experienced, insight-driven storyteller who has a passion for communicating big ideas, leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Passionate about The Newsette’s mission to empower women to kick ass each day
- 3 - 5 years of full-time experience in a fast-paced environment working on tight deadlines with direct experience responding to RFPs in a media or agency environment
- You're a meticulous and experienced deck creator who knows how to tailor presentations to a client's needs
- Editorially-minded and a digital media consumer
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong writing and creative thinking abilities
- Comfortable and confident presenting to high-profile clients and agencies
- Experience with influencer talent relations is a plus!
- You're an ambitious self-starter who is excited about the evolving digital landscape
- You're a team player, kind, and bring a positive attitude to every interaction
- Efficient in Keynote + Microsoft Suite
Compensation:
Base Range - $70,000 to $90,000 USD
