Our client is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Content Senior Associate to help shape and amplify their brand voice through impactful design work and compelling storytelling. In this role, you will develop and execute content strategies that blend creative visual assets with strong writing to engage consumers, drive sales, and enhance visibility across digital, print, and trade channels. This position is ideal for a candidate who can balance graphic design and copywriting, with a passion for brand storytelling and consumer engagement.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editorial
- Oversee, update, and improve the standard suite of materials used to effectively engage distributors, accounts, and consumers.
- Maintain and update the company website and digital platforms—managing both manual and automated updates across multiple systems to ensure content is accurate, visually polished, and aligned with brand standards.
- Write, edit, and proof engaging content for websites, email campaigns, product pages, social media, and printed collateral.
- Collaborate with partners, brand management, and marketing teams to translate technical product information into consumer-friendly and visually compelling assets.
- Create copy and design layouts for labels, tasting notes, press kits, and trade materials.
Digital Marketing Support
- Support marketing campaigns by writing and designing email copy, landing pages, product descriptions, and other campaign assets.
- Oversee the content and layout for recurring newsletter distributions, ensuring messaging is clear, visually engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
- Develop SEO-optimized website content that improves search visibility and consumer engagement.
- Create customized digital materials for key e-commerce partners designed to stand out in a crowded marketplace and drive sales.
Social & Brand Storytelling
- Manage the social content calendar and contribute to the development of posts, captions, and campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and storytelling across platforms by collaborating closely with the brand management team.
- Collaborate with the social media manager on developing multimedia content, including video, reels, and educational materials.
Content Strategy & Insights
- Analyze engagement metrics to measure performance and recommend content optimizations across digital and print platforms.
- Leverage the power of AI tools where appropriate to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance both copy and design outputs.
- Manage brand content assets and maintain style guides to ensure consistency and quality across all materials.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of content development and marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on graphic design and visual content creation.
- Advanced expertise in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Express), Canva, EventCreate, and related platforms; proven ability to design professional, polished assets for both digital and print.
- Experience managing and updating websites; familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, as well as Business Central and SharePoint.
- Comfortable using marketing tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar.
- Exceptional design, copy editing, and storytelling skills — portfolio/samples required.
- Familiarity with the wine industry (styles, regions, and terminology).
- Ability to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, enhance creative output, and improve efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Wine certification (WSET Level 2/3, CMS, or equivalent).
- Experience with email marketing, e-commerce, or influencer campaigns.
- Background in food, beverage, lifestyle, or luxury brand storytelling.
- Skills in motion graphics, video editing, or animation to enhance multimedia content creation.
Compensation
- $75k - $85k base + 10%-15% bonus target
