Our organization is currently seeking a
Marketing Communications Coordinator.
A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required
- Serve as the team’s social media expert, developing, executing, and managing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, email campaigns, etc.)
- Ensure social media strategies align with all branding and messaging objectives
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, video) tailored to each channel
- Responsible for yearly social media plan aligning with broader marketing goals based on overall brand goals and objectives
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution
- Analyze social media performance data and use insights to inform future content creation, strategy adjustment and metrics
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and analytics to continually improve results
- Identify relevant and significant ways for the brand to participate in industry conversations
- Reports to and supports the Marketing Communications Manager
- Assist the Marketing team with our leads process when needed

Education / Skills Required For This Role
- 3-5 years of managing social media for a brand(s)/company or prior agency experience in a related role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of social concepts and principles to provide best practices and establish processes across the company.
- Comfortable bouncing between strategy and tactics with the ability to think big picture but also comfortable executing daily tasks.
- SEO knowledge and experience a plus but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, digital media, social platforms, content generation, Dynamics 365, Power BI, email/newsletter creation, AI tools.
