Job Title: Senior Manager, Communications

Adswerve is looking for a Senior Manager, Communications to join the Marketing team! Adswerve’s Sr. Manager, Communications will work closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing, the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Chief People Officer (CPO), the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other leaders to develop and implement internal and external communications programs. The ideal candidate will create successful organizational outcomes by guiding projects, lending expertise, leveraging best practices, empowering staff, shaping goals and plans, and finding effective compromises among diverse groups with varying priorities.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with CMO and leadership team to drive an internal communications program that supports our people- and DEI-focused culture, keeps our employees informed about our strategy and company happenings, and encourages two-way communication.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish, maintain and evaluate internal communications strategies and programs.
- Manage editorial calendar and write and edit content for weekly employee newsletter.
- Plan and produce monthly all-hands meetings, including agenda, slide deck and speaker preparation.
- Assist in the planning and production and author the content for virtual and in-person all-hands summits.
- Conduct interviews with key stakeholders and stay informed of external industry developments to foster ideas and communicate them through stories and videos.
- Manage public relations agency, helping execute a robust media relations program to showcase our Adswerve experts.
- Measure the effectiveness of PR efforts by tracking placements and readership.
- Manage and author external communications including speaking opportunities, presentations, videos, bylines, blogs and more.
- Oversee all distributed communications to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in internal or external communications
- Proven experience as a writer, editor and great storyteller
- Project management skills with great organizational skills and acute attention to detail, keeping complex projects on track and providing regular status updates
- Ability to work cross functionally across different teams and organizational levels
- Ability to own complex marketing projects from inception to completion
- Experience managing a PR agency is strongly preferred
- Experience working for an ad agency or in technology is strongly preferred
This position pays a base salary of $95,000 to $120,000 per year. Wage differential is based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience.
