Lifecycle Marketing Manager with an emphasis on Email and SMS Marketing campaigns is needed for an growth-stage subscription-based health and wellness startup. This platform ties in telemedicine, health and wellness, subscription, and pharma. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will help build a world-class CRM program from the ground up and create all SMS and Email campaigns for all stages of the customer journey life cycle, as well as own the weekly newsletter.
This West LA based growth-stage startup ties in telemedicine, health and wellness, subscription, and pharma. They are led by a strong management team of industry experts and have a tremendous pipeline of consumer business enabling them to expand the team with the scale of the business. The company is already profitable, with 8-figure ARR, and are growing over 30% per month. Founder/CEO has led several successful venture-backed companies and has a track record of mentorship and promoting from within.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Work closely with the Executive Leadership to deliver on marketing efforts for scaling Direct-to-Consumer / subscription-based health and wellness platform
- Responsible for creating Email and SMS campaigns for all stages of the customer journey
- Copywriting and owning the weekly newsletter
- Build out a CRM from the ground up
- Responsible for creative direction and design of customer communications
- Run the refer a friend program
- Launch affiliate platform and manage affiliate agency
- Create and track KPIs for communication program
- Oversee all customer communications and affiliate partnership programs
- Responsible for building out drip campaigns based on customer status
- Lead communication efforts around the brand directly to consumers
- Manage digital marketing programs
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 5+ years of digital, email and/or lifecycle marketing experience
- Proven experience within the ecommerce, marketplace, or direct-to-consumer space
- Experience running SMS and email marketing campaigns
- Previous experience with influence outreach and running social media
- Copywriting experience
- Experience with Klayvio is a plus
- Experience managing campaigns for multiple brands simultaneously
- Experience managing affiliate partnerships
- Comfortable utilizing multiple analytics tools and working with multiple data sources
- Innovative, go-getter, & “can-do” attitude with willingness to challenge yourself on new technology and concepts
- Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for eye design
- Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Finance, Business or Marketing
