The Wrap Life seeks to work with a digital Growth Marketing Manager who’s eager to build and lead a marketing team. You will be responsible for all marketing operations while collaborating and planning with our paid advertising team. Your goal is to create and guide the growth of our brand’s influence while increasing brand loyalty and awareness. Your responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations
- Develop and implement successful promotional and advertising plans that drive profitable sales in all e-commerce channels.
- Create and execute day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and social advertising strategies.
- Plan and execute all web, newsletter, SMS, social media, SEO/SEM, and database marketing strategy and assets.
- Provide insightful reporting and analysis that directs web initiatives. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize website user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
Team management
- Build an internal marketing team and create internal ads and creativity project processes. Completes digital marketing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Maintains digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Stakeholder management
- Create and maintain relationships with influencers capable of creating deliverables in alignment with our values.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years working in digital marketing.
- 2+ years managing marketing budgets.
- 2+ years leading a team.
- Bachelor’s in marketing/business/communication or a related field
- Ability to self-organize priorities, and set and work to deadlines, often with limited direct oversight.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, comfortable presenting in public settings, organized approach to workflow processes.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within e-commerce retail
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools: Google Analytics, Optimove, Klaviyo, Postscript,
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools: Facebook ads, Google Ads,
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
- Proficient with Google suite, newsletter creator, ClickUp (or other project management tools), Canva, Figma, mobile app builder(Tapcart).

The Wrap Life transitioned to a fully remote team in March of 2021. Our company culture is rooted in self management and efficiency. We work with other remote teams and outsource many roles that are traditionally in house. Our work environment is casual but has the fast pace of a startup.
