The Communication Coordinator provides newsletters to the Director of Global Security pertaining to a variety of topics in relation to the medical field. This position can be based anywhere (remote) within the United States – East Region.
Essential Functions:
- Compile a biweekly supply chain newsletter for the Director of Global Security.
- Conduct searches online for information relating to counterfeiting, cargo theft, risk management issues, and training opportunities that pertain to the pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer business.
- Subscribe to pertinent newsletters, blogs, and magazines as another source of information.
- Organize articles and send them to distribution lists.
- Proofread documents and investigative reports.
- Maintain and record travelers in the perspective database and update as needed.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
High School Diploma Or GED With Administrative Experience Preferred.
Competencies:
- Administrative experience preferred.
- Able to carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision.
