We’re seeking a self-starter, who has a passion for developing best-in-class partnerships, a relentless drive, and constantly seeks to surpass revenue goals and internal expectations. This isn’t a typical sales job and we are looking for someone who is mission-driven, creative, consultative, and solution-based. We love amplifying women’s voices at scale in the hopes of uplifting others and are looking for that special someone to spread the mission.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the full sales cycle from meeting with decision-makers, understanding their campaign KPIs, and negotiating and closing new business
- Meet revenue goals while accurately forecasting quarterly performance
- Foster deep relationships with like-minded brands and agencies
- Continually identify sales opportunities for existing and new partners, finding innovative ways to grow revenue and secure new accounts
- Participate in brainstorms with our marketing and creative teams to develop thoughtful brand partnerships
- Work closely with Marketing colleagues to deliver best-in-class service to our partners
About you:
- Excited about our mission to empower women and make people feel good every day
- 5+ years of digital/integrated media sales experience
- Proven track record of succeeding in a high-paced environment and history of meeting & exceeding sales quotas
- Network of brand and agency-client contacts
- Dynamic communications skills with the ability to think strategically in high-pressure situations
- Creative and editorially minded
- Amazing problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot quickly
- You're an ambitious self-starter
- Brings a positive attitude to every interaction

Compensation:
Base Range - $100,000 to $140,000 USD + Commission Plan
Compensation is based on several non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills, and location. In addition to your salary, Newsette Media Group offers incentive units and a competitive benefits package which can be reviewed in our Newsperks section.
