As Director of Marketing at Digilant, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across the organization. This includes managing the Digilant brand and voice, overseeing demand generation initiatives, and working with a team to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience concepting and executing marketing campaigns, enjoy experimenting to improve marketing’s contribution to revenue goals, and is skilled in managing teams, timelines, and budgets.
We are looking for a driven and creative marketer eager to make a direct impact to revenue at a global advertising agency. The right person for this role is an excellent communicator who is excited to work across functions and global teams, and appreciates and understands the nuances of the media ad sales industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, execute and optimize marketing programs that drive awareness and revenue for Digilant
- Partner with our global Chief Growth Officer to establish a growth marketing strategy that increases brand awareness for Digilant’s offering and identifying opportunities to engage and drive demand from our addressable market
- Owning the Digilant brand and narrative and ensuring it resonates within the industry
- Develop sustainable marketing campaigns that showcase the value of Digilant and increases the acquisition of qualified leads
- Owning and scaling demand gen channels, such as:
- Building owned media strategy, including website content and editorial calendars for thought leadership, blog, newsletter, and owned events
- Managing SEO strategy and SEO agency relationship to increase company relevance, organic leads and conversions
- Managing paid marketing strategy and the freelancers or internal teams that execute campaigns across channels like Google and LinkedIn to acquire customers profitably
- Managing PR firm relationships and work as internal owner for all earned media opportunities. This includes byline articles and quote, award, and speaking submissions
- Partnering closely across sales, planning and insights, and partnership teams to ensure strategic coordination and communication around the development and marketing campaigns
- Staying up to date on industry news, platforms, partnerships and opportunities that might help company growth, specifically within the programmatic and digital media space
- Establishing and reporting on marketing program KPIs to measure the success of Digilant’s marketing campaigns using our CRM and Marketing Automation tools
Qualifications
- 7-8 years of experience building and running high-performing growth marketing strategies and demand programs
- Experience in media and/or ad tech industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with a remote team
- Understanding of how marketing can contribute to inbound and outbound lead generation and nurturing
- Experience with CRM Marketing platforms (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Hubspot), software, digital marketing tools and techniques
- Experience with paid and SEO tools, i.e. Google AdWords & Analytics, WordPress
- Team player and self-starter who is agile, proactive, resourceful, and creative
