Role Overview
The Communications Coordinator will support clear, consistent, and engaging communication across Sun Noodle. This role focuses on writing and producing mostly internal and some external content, supporting company events, and helping bring our culture and values to life. You will collaborate with leaders and teams across locations to create announcements, meeting decks, intranet posts, social content, and a company magazine. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and energized by organizing information in a way that feels simple, human, and easy to understand.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and publish company announcements for email, intranet, and other channels
- Put together clear, visually engaging slide decks for company meetings and leadership presentations
- Support planning and execution of company events (e.g., town halls, celebrations, employee engagement activities)
- Collaborate on a recurring company magazine/newsletter, including content planning, interviews, and layout coordination
- Create intranet posts to keep team members informed and connected across locations
- Develop social media posts that highlight company culture, people stories, and key milestones, in alignment with brand guidelines
- Partner with HR and site leaders on culture and engagement initiatives (recognition programs, campaigns, internal spotlights, etc.)
- Coordinate timelines, gather content, and follow up with stakeholders to meet communication deadlines
- Maintain an internal communications calendar and help ensure alignment across internal and external channels
- Proofread materials for clarity, tone, and accuracy, ensuring they reflect Sun Noodle’s voice and values
Experience & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field (internal communications or HR communications a plus)
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and channels
- Experience building slide decks and visual presentations (e.g., PowerPoint)
- Comfort creating content for social media and/or intranet platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Collaborative team player who enjoys working with people across different locations and departments
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
- Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, or similar) is a plus but not required
