Are you a curious marketer looking to work across multiple marketing disciplines? If yes, then the Marketing Coordinator position at Tripleseat may be the right place for you. The individual that joins our fast-paced team will balance owning projects to support our customer communications, as well as collaborating with demand generation, content, product, and event teams to bring campaigns to life and contribute to our lead and awareness goals. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, eager to learn, comfortable with new technology, and has a passion for marketing and the hospitality industry.
This role will be based in our Concord, MA office.
Responsibilities:
- Support customer event promotional efforts by writing and building email blasts, social tiles, registration pages, and beyond. Additionally, help ensure event success by printing badges and shipping necessary materials to each venue.
- Collaborate with Product & Customer Manager with ongoing customer newsletter deployment and email announcements.
- Partner demand generation efforts by building nurture flows/drip campaign emails and segment lists based on copy and criteria provided by team.
- Ensure company updates are maintained across all communication channels, including the consistent number of customers and other key metrics.
- Showcase the Tripleseat culture through employee interviews and office photos across social media and our website in partnership with the Content and People Ops teams.
- Assist team with projects as they arise.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years marketing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and content creation skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to learn quickly, manage time effectively, and apply new tools and creative techniques to challenges.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Knowledge of Google Docs, CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Marketo), and Wordpress experience a plus.
- Appreciation for the hospitality and SaaS industries.
