GPS (Global Partner Services), Lead Engagement Advisor
The Lead Engagement Advisor in Global Partner Services is an individual contributor role and will maintain best practice approaches for partner support teams across our GPS teams who support UKG’s valuable Global Systems Integrator (GSI)/Systems Integrator (SI) network for our vertical-industry and market segment programs. Their strong background in process creation allows them to see the value that continuous improvement drives throughout the organization and provides support to our GPS team as we continue to evolve. This position will require partnering with other internal groups in Global Alliances, Field Education & Learning, Knowledge Management, Transformation, Global Engagement Services, and Global Services Organization (GSO) Enablement to drive consistent processes in all our roles that serve our Partner organizations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skills-specific programs or initiatives training to various audiences to drive exceptional experiences for our internal teams supporting partners.
- Standardize the Partner Engagement consulting process/methodology to effectively drive prioritization with the strategy
- Support GPS teams to have the tools and enablement to do their jobs.
- Create newsletter, internal sites, and centralized repository for GPS internal tools and communications
- Keep internal and external facing key messaging collateral up-to-date and make recommendations ongoing through working with Global Alliances and other market facing teams to ensure we’re driving exceptional engagement experiences and exceptional partner experiences
- Gather input on requirements to develop tools and technology; become resident expert on said tools, support and consult with users of tools to improve and train
- Champion and model attitudes and understanding of both tactical and strategic job functions such as quality project management, partner business planning, and an overall strong business acumen
- Collaborate with Global Engagement Services Engagement Advisor to coordinate implementation and provide input into larger GMS strategies to facilitate organizational goals
- Understand best practices in partner engagement consulting delivery and the various tools and strategies to drive desirable outcomes in the various job roles across GPS.
- Provide support to GPS teams such as: PSAM (Partner Services Alliance Manager), Partner Advisor, Partner Enablement, and GPS Partner Operations
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Smartsheet administration experience & Partner Relationship Management tool experience a plus
- Proficiency in Learning Management Software (LMS) to create & maintain a professional medium of topical content
- Change Management knowledge or PROSCI Certification
Qualifications
- 3-5 years SaaS (Software as a Service) experience including being a key contributor in driving improvement throughout a professional services organization
- Experience mentoring and guiding others to adopt new ways of working either through content delivery or best practices with know-how of learning styles to ready others for the next level in their career path
- Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences
- Skilled in taking vague sets of information to find a narrative that aligns with larger organizational goals
- Believes in a strong community driving to a common purpose will help us move the needle and drive greater outcomes through collective experiences. This person is a bridge builder.

Colorado, New York, Washington, and California Pay Law
The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $106,900 to $153,650, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation. San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,935 to $176,700 per year.
