As the Digital Marketing Prodigy, you'll be at the center of this effort, working to optimize existing systems and tactics, while developing and implementing new strategies that increase prospect acquisition and conversion to support the company's ambitious plans for growth.
Role & Responsibilities: As the Digital Marketing Prodigy, you will:
Become a Marketing Guru. Develop a deep understanding of all aspects of our marketing strategy and tactics, including Prospect and Sales Lead Acquisition, Lead Conversion to Customer Purchase, and Marketing Data Management and Analysis. You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing to achieve the department's goals of increasing lead quality and conversions.
Manage Digital Marketing Programs. You'll implement and optimize our digital advertising program and search engine optimization/organic search efforts.
Oversee Our Website. You'll have day-to-day oversight of our primary customer-facing marketing tool, our website, executing content updates, testing the platform, and developing tools to assess visitor behavior and marketing conversion. You'll work with the Director of Marketing to create a robust new website that showcases the brand and converts traffic to productive leads.
Manage Prospect Communications. You'll develop and implement a strategy for our automated email program and other prospect and lead communications programs, including our newsletter offers, event promotions, and marketing collateral.
Manage Marketing Analytics. You'll develop and manage the infrastructure for marketing data collection and management and serve as the marketing department's "owner" of the CMS database and tools for CMS data extraction and analysis. You'll perform the day-to-day operations of tools like Google Analytics that measure the performance of our digital advertising programs, website, social media channels, and digital communications. You'll develop analysis to inform our marketing strategy, optimize performance, and increase conversion rates.
Collaborate & Communicate. You'll develop strong relationships with other departments and be a great communicator, both written and verbally.
Master Yourself. You'll have a full mastery of yourself, understand your capabilities, and know how to leverage resources and teammates to best fulfill this role and achieve results.
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with technical tools and applications used in digital marketing, including CRM databases, query tools, email marketing systems, Google ads and analytics, WordPress, etc.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of attention to detail, motivation, and ability to work independently, especially in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- A love for learning and building self-awareness and mastery.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or another field where you can demonstrate transferrable skills. We're open to considering bright, creative, and analytical candidates with backgrounds outside of digital marketing.
