The Digital Media Coordinator will support administrative staff, community service staff

and business services with the development and implementation of targeted marketing efforts such as website maintenance and social media marketing; Desktop publication of flyers, documents, and reports; and aggregation and interpretation of data for the organizations\' websites and reports. This position will work under the direct supervision of the Executive Director.

Duties And Responsibilities Of Digital Media Coordinator

- Design, develop, and maintain websites, electronic newsletter, social media outreach, and other digitally produced material.
- Design digital media that helps build awareness and engage online targeted audience
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns aimed at individuals who may be eligible for services through WIOA, throughout the geographical region.
- Support Business Services through direct support, including but not limited to; project management, marketing, business assistance, event planning, and meeting facilitation.
- Analyze metrics across digital platforms and recommends ways to optimize performance; track and report online analytics including website and social media.
- Maintenance of websites and social media platforms, including both desktop and mobile views of the website.
- Desktop publishing and the creation of electronic newsletters, success stories campaign, and other marketing efforts. Including publication of large multi-page documents.
- Supports the WIOA Program Staff and Community Service Department with initiatives including but not limited to marketing, database development, data aggregation, data interpretation, and documentation.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned by Executive Director.
