Digital Marketing Manager (HYBRID/NYC)
What We Need:
MikeWorldWide (MWW) has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and work directly with the agency’s Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer, as well as our Digital and Creative teams to support agency growth. The role is responsible for managing content strategy on owned channels, project managing marketing partners to drive SEO, outbound marketing, paid campaigns, and marketing performance. In support of MWW’s tremendous growth, this role offers the opportunity to participate in all aspects of creative and digital marketing activities.
The ideal candidate will be organized, collaborative and passionate about digital marketing. This role requires a strong understanding of a multi-channel integrated marketing ecosystem (email, newsletter, social media, SEM, SEO, website, etc.) and an appetite to learn about new marketing channels and technologies.
Responsibilities/Must-have experience in the following areas:
Website & Content Management
o Coordinate team updates
o Manage content publishing; upload press releases, blogs, newsletters, and site edits
o Partner with vendor website management and reporting
SEO/Search
o Partner with MWW digital team and external search partner to participate in strategy and execute plans to elevate organic search authority by optimizing content and developing and executing practice and location-specific campaigns
Communications Content Management
o News announcements, thought leadership development, executive and agency
promotion
o Manage updates from practices and offices to leverage in agency marketing
o Project manage key marketing initiatives as needed
o Identify platforms and events to promote agency capabilities and leadership
Social Media Strategy
o Work with marketing team, chief marketing officer, DEI Council and other stakeholders to oversee marketing calendar for MWW's social channels
and paid campaigns
o Manage two social media coordinators in building content calendar, coordinating with different teams i.e., creative, daily posting, community management,
and provide direction on organic and paid strategy for channel growth, creative
for various platforms and reporting
Agency Awards
o Maintain awards calendar and work with teams to identify award-worthy campaigns and guide drafting and deadlines with teams
CRM (HubSpot) management
o Learn and manage marketing reporting available through Hubspot
o Develop strategy for outbound marketing campaigns with agency content partner
Measurement
o Support monthly marketing measurement report
o Coordinate with US & UK marketing activities and budgets
o Manage vendors and partners used for any of the above
Skills:
o Must possess an eagerness to learn with a positive,
team-player attitude
o Confidence and comfort interfacing with senior leaders daily,
including c-suite executives
o Ability to problem-solve, think strategically, creatively, and proactively
Years’ Experience: 5-7 years in a digital marketing role at an advertising, media, or public relations agency
Location:
PLEASE NOTE: Must be able to be in our New York City office (2-3/week)-- includes hybrid work-from-home flexibility.
