Job Description
The communications coordinator will create organizational communications and content for a variety of All Belong audiences while representing our brand identity and maintaining brand integrity. This position will also be responsible for reporting on engagement and managing communications data for the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Write and build email communications in MailChimp, Virtuous, and other platforms.
• Assist in developing and re-launching a quarterly newsletter and regular blog post schedule.
• Organize and segment contact lists for all audiences, assisting with compilation of diverse data sources. All Belong currently operates two main databases, with changes in progress.
• Monitor website and social media analytics, providing summarized reports and assisting in strategic goals.
• Facilitate, with All Belong’s web hosting firm, maintenance of updates, changes, and reporting on the public-facing website and its private Member Center.
• Ownership of All Belong’s social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), including strategy, planning, writing, creating, and posting content, and interacting with other accounts.
• Prepare marketing elements for events and tradeshows, including booth, materials, gathering contacts, and follow-up emails.
• Manage and plan for deadlines expected by multiple departments within organization.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Brand Strategy & Communications.
Qualifications:
• Strong writing and editing skills, possessing adaptability to All Belong’s brand voice characteristics. Please be prepared to provide examples of past or current copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Acute attention to detail and organization, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to a collaborative work environment.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite and Zoom.
• Experience with software tools is preferred. This may include:
o Adobe Creative Suite– can be photo/video and/or illustration/design.
o CRM databases and programs
o Project management software, such as monday.com and Asana
o Back-end website management (Craft CMS).
• Ability to travel (locally, and on occasion, nationally) approximately one to two times per year
• Four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience in related field is required.
• A lived Christian faith and acceptance of the major ecumenical Christian Creeds (e.g. Nicene Creed and Apostles’ Creed)

• Development and execution of an annual communications calendar
• Consistent publication and development of new content
Salary and Benefits
• This position is salaried. Salary is $45,000 – $50,000 commensurate with experience, with a generous benefits package including HSA health insurance, 403B match, PTO, STO, and personal days.
• Applicant must have access to transportation to/from the office.
