A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT As an Executive Assistant, you provide essential support to our leadership team. Reporting directly to our CEO and general manager, you help our upper management stay organized. Responsible for scheduling, you set up meetings, coordinate company events, and create travel arrangements. You also attend meetings with the leadership team and take detailed notes. Some other important roles you fulfill include data collection and paperwork processing. You make and edit spreadsheets with important company data, and you manage and file the paperwork that keeps our day-to-day operations running smoothly. Additionally, you gather information and communicate with clients regarding scheduling. Facilitating company-wide communication is another one of your responsibilities. You help compile and distribute a regular newsletter, and you prepare and edit presentations for our company meetings. Your hard work and organizational skills keep our business moving in the right direction, and you get satisfaction from working with a fantastic team!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Ability to handle confidential materials and information Do you have a positive attitude and desire to serve others?
