TITLE: DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
SALARY RANGE: $80,000-90,000 per year
POSITION PURPOSE
The Digital Marketing Manager develops and manages the image of Harry's Table by Cipriani and some other Cipriani brand initiatives with the final goal of acquiring more recognition in the market, promoting products, initiatives, events, and acquiring customers. The Digital Marketing Manager adheres to all company and department procedures, policies, expectations, and quality standards.
Essential Functions
- Plans and executes all web updates, SEO/SEM analysis and implementation, database marketing, email design and implementation, social media strategy and outreach, basic graphic design, and display advertising campaigns.
- Works with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategies
- Stays current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Build and own a social media content calendar (inclusive of working with a photographer to capture images needed, captions, and hashtags) for multiple accounts and drive day-to-day content creation and strategy.
- Listen and respond to incoming messages on all social media platforms; escalate situations where appropriate
- Collaborate with PR, and operations teams to streamline messaging and ensure content nicely aligns with business initiatives
- Creation of digital flyers, menu design, newsletter, or other needed collateral creation on Adobe Suite and/or Canva or other tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing or relevant field)
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing/marketing or advertising position
- Excellent copywriting skills, ability to write concisely and effectively in multiple styles
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing tools, Google Analytics, Adwords, Social Media and Canva
- Excellent analytical and writing skills and confidence in data management required, with keen attention to details
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Outstanding analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, motivation, and team-building skills
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience in Email Marketing
- Experience in luxury market a plus
