We are seeking a full-time professional B2B
Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist implements digital marketing strategies to optimize effectiveness and to meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth, and retention.

Website
- Enhance the company's website by creating and updating pages using best practices and UX for publishing within HubSpot
- Assist with launching new campaigns on the website
- Assist with rebranding several company websites into one
- Support the process for continued improvement on the site utilizing Lucky Orange, Google Analytics and SEMRush
- Review and analyze traffic data as needed
SEO
- Implement and deliver SEO strategies that may include content, on-page strategies, technical, crawlability
- Perform fundamental search engine optimization activities, including but not limited to: keyword research/ranking analysis, competitive market analysis, keyword-friendly copywriting, and analysis of SEO industry best practices.
- Optimize overall content, including copy, page headings, titles, image tags, meta descriptions, etc.
- Perform audits regularly to identify issues and ensure sites are properly optimized
- Assist with graphics and content creation as needed
Google Analytics
- Assist Manager with implementation of Google Analytics 4
- Monitor and report on performance, resolve issues
Email
- Utilize HubSpot to administer emails, including template construction, list selection/uploads, automations and testing
- Act as project manager coordinating the process for email and e-newsletter production (setting and adhering to deadlines, editing, layout, deployment)
- Knowledge of global email industry policies and best practices
Digital PR
- Develop brand online presence through high-quality backlink generation
Qualifications:
- Understanding of basic web design with some HTML knowledge
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Ability to express ideas and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of and experience with a suite of digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity in Photoshop
- Quick learner and creative problem solver
- Ability to multitask and work on several projects simultaneously
- Collaborate and with others on group projects to work toward a shared goal
- Can work well under pressure and deadlines
- Copywriting skills are a plus
- Positive attitude, flexible nature, and helpful disposition
- Ability to pivot and prioritize tasks without breaking stride
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing
- SEMRush knowledge a plus
- Bachelor's degree
