Role and Responsibilities
The role of the Marketing Intern is to assist the marketing department in advertising and promotional efforts and will consist of clerical and administrative duties, social media campaigns, posts, and management, preparing promotional materials, preparing presentations, collecting data, data analytics, and researching marketing trends.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design and layout of marketing collateral (data sheets, technique guides, etc.)
- Create social media captions and ideate new content.
- Update monthly newsletter with relevant product news.
- Assist with administrative tasks like reorganizing collateral shelf, putting together Welcome Kit binders, managing inventory of printed literature, etc.
- Assist Director of Medical Education with prep and clean-up of lab for trainings
- Assemble training binders for Director of Medical Education
- Assist Product Management team with various tasks.
- Analyze performance of email and social campaigns in HubSpot
- Assist with redesign and update of Customs Catalog
Requirements:
- Knowledge of HubSpot a plus, but not a requirement
- Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite needed, especially Adobe InDesign
