ASI is seeking a Social Media / Marketing Coordinator to work in our Orange Park, FL office. This person will be responsible for collaborating with other marketing and sales professionals to develop successful social media campaigns and create and maintain a strong online presence for the company.
Responsibilities
- Create and monitor engaging social media content; collaborate with freelance content creators
- Oversee social media campaign schedules
- Create and track performance of social media campaigns using KPI data
- Conduct market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience
- Analyze the digital marketing plan and social media strategy to identify strategic weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements
- Research social media trends
- Create, edit, and distribute company quarterly newsletter
- Create and edit videos for marketing campaigns
- Manage tradeshow registrations, personnel enrollment, and coordinate shipping
- Maintain inventory of tradeshow giveaways
- Perform basic admin-related functions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, design, or a related field
- 0-2 years of progressively responsible experience in a communications or marketing position
- Experience in creating effective designs, social media posts, and branding
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer software including Office 365
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a technology or software field
- Experience using Insightly, Captivate, Articulate 360, Adobe Premier, or similar
