As the Jr. Marketing Analyst at our company, you are responsible for developing and coordinating all marketing materials. As we build out experiences for key stakeholders, your role will be to ensure that marketing assets enhance each experience, from badges to swag to signage and more. In addition, you will coordinate the end-to-end needs of campaigns and events, ensuring each campaign and event launches flawlessly.
Primary Functions
- Support the marketing team in developing best-in-class experiences for our stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with sourcing vendors, print vendors, promotional vendors, and designers
- Own marketing intake and manage projects for the marketing team by maintaining timelines and status for marketing and patient/provider experience projects, including fulfillment for campaigns and large welcome materials shipments
- Employ strong project management skills and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, consistently delivering high-quality results
- Partner with finance for invoice management
- Proactively manage the internal newsletter while creating visually interesting and engaging ways to communicate across departments effectively
- Assist the marketing team with the planning and execution of internal and external events
- Streamline processes- always be seeking new ways to create new strategies and make those we have more effective and efficient
- Edit and proofread marketing documents for quality control
- Internal coordination- coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on a variety of projects, including website content, thought leadership, PR, and social media
