Adiemus Impact Group ("Adiemus") is a new social impact consultancy partnering with businesses, nonprofits and associations to launch and scale effective programs and products. Our website is launching in March of 2023.
With six initial clients (2 public companies, 2 tech-focused nonprofits, 1 family foundation and 1 energy company), Adiemus is poised for growth as it launches and scales. We will share more about our values and current clients as this search progresses. This role could lead to a full-time offer later this year.
Our firm is led by our President and Founder Tim Smith and a team of (equal) Impact Partners that work on specific projects with Adiemus. Our founder works 3-4 days per week and is dedicated to maintaining work/life balance to tend to family matters.
Given all of these moving parts, we are looking to bring on a part-time (contract) Chief of Staff/Community to:
-Partner with the President to source and assess potential engagements across private, public and nonprofit sectors.
-Ensure systems are in place to manage incoming inquiries and newsletter sign-ups.
-Manage Adiemus' social media, newsletter development, and thought leadership opportunities.
-Manage special projects for specific clients.
-Conduct research on social impact trends and opportunities.
-Develop a system and process to manage a growing lead queue.
-Plan and execute virtual programming for clients and partners.
This is a great opportunity for a part-time graduate student, recent college graduate, and/or someone with an interest and some experience with social impact work. Consulting experience is not required.
-Lived and professional experiences that align with our values (Joy, Equity, Resilience, Transparency, Perspective).
-Interest and excitement for a variety of projects.
-Experience as a generalist.
-Familiarity with social media and communications platforms.
-Between 15-20 hours/month to start, guaranteed for at least 4 months (a contract will be executed)
-Ideally could start in April 2023
-$75/hour for the 4-month minimum.
